Return & Refund Policy

At ACCESS, every product is carefully inspected prior to dispatch to ensure the highest standards of quality. By placing an order with us, customers acknowledge and agree to the following return and refund terms.

Returns

Returns are only accepted in cases where the product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Requests based on change of mind, sizing preferences, personal preferences, or accidental orders will not be eligible for return or refund.

To initiate a return request, customers must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery of the order by emailing help@accessofficial.com with:

  • Order number
  • Clear images/videos of the issue
  • A brief description of the defect or concern

Requests submitted beyond 48 hours from the recorded delivery time will not be considered eligible for review.

Return Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be intact
  • The item must not show signs of use, washing, damage, or alteration by the customer

ACCESS reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the above conditions.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, customers will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of the refund request.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period, depending on the respective banking or payment provider timelines.

Shipping charges, duties, taxes, and convenience fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability and are only considered in approved cases involving defective or incorrect products.

Please note that certain categories, including briefcases and selected limited-edition accessories, are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances.

Limited Edition & Artist Merchandise

Products related to artist merchandise collections, including but not limited to Drake, Karan Aujla, and other exclusive collaborations, are produced in highly limited quantities. Due to the exclusive nature of these items, returns, refunds, or exchanges may be restricted unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
